I'm unfortunately moving out of my lovely flat at the beginning of August and will be moving to London for work.
The flat is fully furnished, has off-road parking, an alarm system, broadband internet, recycling facilities, indoor/outdoor storage, washing machine, and an intercom system.
The complex is on the main road, and there are bus stops right outside the building to take you to Manchester city centre (around 30 minutes), Manchester Uni/MMU campus (20 minutes) or to Stockport (25 minutes). Buses are every 10 minutes, including the night bus, which is very handy for nights out in the city centre!
The landlord is brilliant, and extremely helpful, and you'd be sharing with a female Ph.d student who is also absolutely lovely. I will be genuinely sorry to leave!
The room is a good size with a double bed, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. There is a shared living/dining room, and kitchen, and a bathroom with separate toilet.
The rent INCLUDES ALL BILLS - gas, electricity, internet, phone, TV license, water (although this can vary in the winter months by a few pounds).
The move in date is August 3rd or 4th, and we're ideally looking for someone to move in the first or second week of August.
The flat is really homely and in a brilliant location.

No couples, short term rent, or DSS. Current flatmate would prefer sharing with another female, sorry.
