We have a bright fully furnished room available in Dalston for 550 per week including all bills. The house is on split level and has a small front and back yard. There is a bathroom and two toilets in the house. The room is very quite as it faces the back yard, the furniture is new since we moved in less than 2 months ago. There is broadband available. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a washing machine available as well.
The flat is in the heart of Dalston. The overground station Dalston Junction is 5mins walk away. Bars, cafes and nightlife of Dalston are a short walk away. There is a Sainsbury's and Tesco as well as a small market very close by.
The flat is available from the 21st of April and ideally someone would move in for 6 months but we consider short term let as well.
