As for the flat mates, there are 3 guys all going into their second year at UWE. They are great down to earth guys who are up for laugh but also respect privacy (they are also very clean!).
The rent is £112 p/w and that includes all bills (electric, gas, tv license and wifi). The deposit is £400 and that will be payable to myself.
