I have a large double room in a family house. I am looking for a mature or post graduate student, or maybe a summer student who is looking for somewhere quiet and peaceful to study. I work full time and have a son who is at university so most of the time you would have sole use of a bathroom and loo. There is a large garden and garage for storage. Although I am very sociable and enjoy a glass of wine or two - I must stress that it isn't a 'party' house or flatshare. The area is quiet and safe and close enough to the river and local shops, pubs and transport. Viewing is a must!
