In the room there is a double bed, chest of draws, wardrobe and desk with chair. It's a decent size room and is perfect for a student. The room is available from now until the end of August. The room is currently mine but I am looking for someone to move into it for me. It's £325 a month which works out at £75 a week, included in that is water, internet and tv license. Gas and electric are pad separately they are spilt between the four housemates. There are girls living in the other three rooms.
