The living area and the kitchen are all one room with a breakfast bar between them.
The room being let is not en-suite but you would get practically sole use of the bathroom as the other room has an en-suite shower room.
All bills will be included.
There is one car parking space allocated to the flat and a place to lock up bicycles. The entrance to the car parking area has a coded gate for cars and a coded gate for pedestrians.
It is not possible to come and see the property due to it currently having a tenant however if you contact me I can answer any questions and can take you to see the building and surrounding area.
