Our housemate has decided to to defer the year due to personal reasons. We are two 20 year old females looking for someone to fill her room. We are both 3rd years studying communications and my friend is stuyding Law.
It's the largest room of the three overlooking the front in the picture its the two top windows. Its a very large room with a double bed, desk and chair, wardrobe and chest of drawers. its £75 a week with £40 a month for bills which includes sky (only til nov), gas, electric, phone and unlimited internet. We pay the water bills quarterly which is usually around £25 each for 3 months.
The property is 3 bedroom with two upstairs and one downstairs. It has a good sized living room with two sofas and a 42" Tv with sky (till Nov), the kicthen is also a good size with all the essentials. The washer/dryer is in a room attatched to the house in the small patio garden. Upstairs bathroom is large with a bath and a power shower. The property has two storgae cupborads one up and one down good for suitcases etc.
