hi im aramide going into my second year at bournemouth uni. i am looking for a housemate prefferably a female to share a lovely brand new 2 double bed , 2 bathroom flat in charminster. the flat was brand new 6 months ago and is a first floot flat with white walls and cream carpets. as well as this there is a large lounge and a modern kitchen with state of the art facilities. the flat is in a very convenient area a 5min walk to bus stops and charminster high street. it is also a short 15min walk to the university. i'm an outgoing and bublly girl and would love to find someone of similar characteristics. the rent is £675pcm between 2 people (£337.50 each) and there is also a deposit to pay which is £675 (£337.50 each) i am lookiong for someone for imediate move in as the contract begins in august. there is also a 175pound agency fee. other costs to consider include: bills such as: electricity, water, tv license and sky/internet. if you are interested contact me on xxx
