Ideally we'd be looking for clean, mature and somewhat peaceful students. So if you don't clean up after yourself, that's a no.

The house is as modern as a student house can get if not better. It is a detached house in a nice area with a good sized kitchen/dining area (with two fridge freezers), a cozy living room, and a large garden.

The bedroom available have double bed, a chair, a desk, a wardrobe and a drawer unit. There's a shower/toilet room downstairs and a shower/bathroom upstairs. So there's 2 people to a bathroom.

The house is generally lovely and you'll definitely love it! It has wooden floors in every room and tiles in the kitchen. Rent includes gas, electric, water and sewerage bills. There will also be an Internet connection. Available from 1st September 2012 to full time students only.
