Hey guys, I'm looking for anyone with a spare room as close to UKC as possible. Am looking to pay no more than £400 per month rent with bills included if possible, but willing to be flexible on that one. I'm a History student and a non smoker, and am not that fussed about living with either males or females, my flat in halls is majority male so I'm used to it. I'm not a big party animal but I do like to have a good time when I'm not working hard. Oh and I should probably mention too that I'm not a messy person and clean up after myself well Let me know if there's anything out there :)
