I have two double bedroom avail in my house. Currently the house is empty apart from my cat. A bit about me. I'm a social worker and I have a 17 yr old daughter. We are currently not living in the house but it is our home. I am looking for someone that is responsible, who will respect my home and treat it as a home in my absence. There are two bedrooms available and you can use all amenities. I have a large garden, which is also at your disposal.
Rent is one month dep and one month in advance. References preferred. No short term lets.
