We live in a 3 storey terraced house 5 minutes from churchill square and 2 minutes from the seafront. we are 3 girls in our second year at Brighton University. We would prefer a pair male housemates as that is what we're used to and we'd prefer a mixed house to an all girl one. Our current housemates are doing a placement year so we need to fill their rooms.

It is available from August, so ideal for students coming back or starting in sept, you get a month in brighton at the end of summer right by the beach :)

The rooms are both on the 2nd floor and are both double sized rooms. room 1: built in wardrobes and shelving with a door to the outside terrace room 2: large room at the front of the house with bay windows and built in wardrobes

We have a long large kitchen, a lounge and a bathroom as well as a separate toilet. there is the roof top terrace and a small courtyard downstairs where bikes can be stored.

please note the rooms are unfurnished. however the boys may be willing to sell on their furniture to future tenants if required.
