The rest of the apartment is quite spacious with a shared living room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully furnished with dish washer, washing/drying machine, toaster, oven, microwave and kettle.
The price of £650 per month exclude electricity, water, and council tax bills. A deposit of £650 (1 month) will be taken as bond and 6 weeks rent will be taken in advance. The bond will be return at the end of the stay. Broadband is not available, however this can be set up on your own in apartment.
