I am looking for a female professional or female student to share 3 bedroom, very clean & tidy house. Located on the Glenville Road. I don't smoke in the house so would like my new house mate to do the same please. I am a very friendly person but I like to give people their own space too, I keep myself busy so am out quite a bit.
3 bedroom detached house, just off the Glenville road in Whiteabbey, very close to Jordanstown and Whiteabbey train station. On a main bus route. Very close to the university. 10 minute drive to Belfast.
Local shops for amenities, very close to the Abbey Centre. 7 minute walk to various recreational walks, or jogging/cycling paths along the Belfast Loughshore.
Also a 10 minute walk away is the village with its Pub, Indian Restaurant, Spar, Off Licence and Chippy. There is also the excellent Bureau by the Lough, bistro and bar with its award winning restaurant and pub food.

I have 2 dogs who are very friendly, they don't live with me full time and there is a large dog run out the back but they are a large part of my life. I have them once a month on average so was almost going to leave this out of the application but I would quite like to live with someone who at least likes animals enough to be ok with my dogs being about every now and again.
