I have lived here all year whilst studying but I'm now going off travelling so my studio will be free to let out. It's great student accommodation, all very modern and newly built. My room is self contained with a big desk, double bed, coffee table and chair, kitchen and en-suite bathroom. Really, it's everything you could need and very comfortable. It has a big sliding window overlooking the lovely courtyard below. The accommodation has a laundry room, cinema hub, rooftop terrace and a games room. I believe a gym is also about to be completed this month.

Please note that the rent is £245 per week and that you have to be available to move in by Saturday 30th June. I am looking for someone to take over the last two months of my tenancy. You are able to extend this but must be moving in by 30th June.
