I am an international student heading back home for the summer - so am willing to sell my bedroom/bathroom furnishings and kitchen equipment to possible renter for a very good price. I have taken excellent care of this room - everything is in good working order. Room includes: a single bed, reasonably sized wardrobe, desk with chair, shelving, comfy reading chair, bedside drawers, and sink. Internet and utilities are included in the price. The flat has a large shared kitchen and bathroom. Parking and laundry facilities are also on site. No pets allowed.
